This process has been validated by an unprecedented 3000+ hours operation without degradation in performance efficiency.

The platform

Our transformational artificial photosynthesis is a platform technology based on patented low-cost semiconductor materials (Si and GaN) and processes. By fine-tuning the photocatalysts on these III-nitride light absorbers, we can efficiently and cost effectively produce net-zero fuels and chemicals such as ethylene, methanol, syngas, formic acid, methane, etc utilizing CO2 as a feed stock.
